Ana Cruz

Industrial PhD, Felleskjøpet Fôrutvikling

Ana completed her Ph.D. in animal nutrition at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences in 2019, where she researched yeast as an alternative protein source for pig and poultry feed. She is currently employed by Felleskjøpet Fôrutvikling (FKF) in Trondheim, Norway. FKF focuses on developing efficient feed solutions and innovation, and provides consulting to the largest animal feed producer in Norway, Felleskjøpet. Ana has a background education in Veterinary Medicine from EUVG in Coimbra, Portugal, and some of her interests are research, feed industry, innovation, sustainability, alternative protein sources in animal feed, animal science and nutrition, food safety and public health.
