Roger is a veterinarian and nutritionist from Barcelona, Spain. He joined Schothorst Feed Research in 2017 and since then he has lead research projects in swine and poultry nutrition. His fields of interest are mineral and micromineral nutrition, assessment of ingredients and alternatives to antibiotics. He earned his Veterinary Medicine, Masters and Doctorate in Animal Science at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). During his PhD, he did internships at UC Davis (USA) and Freie Universitat Berlin (Germany). Between 2014 and 2017 he became a post-doctorate at the University of Missouri and Novus International (USA). Roger is the author of numerous scientific publications and presentations in scientific journals and conferences.
